Recovery, Seen Under the Microscope.
One patient. Two biopsies from the same region of skin, ninety days apart. One combined protocol: the Skin Repair Formula taken daily, a superficial peel, and two microneedling sessions, and an independent, board-certified dermatopathologist, blinded to the treatment, reading what changed in the tissue itself.
Case at a Glance
- Design
- Single-patient clinical case. Not a controlled trial.
- Site
- Posterior neck skin, same region at baseline and follow-up
- Duration
- 90 days
- Nutrition
- Mendora Skin Repair Formula, daily throughout
- Procedures
- One superficial chemical peel and two microneedling sessions
- Assessment
- Independent, blinded dermatopathology review
This is a single clinical case using a combined protocol. It does not prove that Mendora alone caused the changes seen in the tissue.
The Protocol · What We Did
Baseline
A punch biopsy of the posterior neck documented the starting architecture. The patient began taking the Skin Repair Formula daily and had a clinician-administered superficial chemical peel.
Microneedling
First microneedling session over the same area of skin.
Microneedling
Second microneedling session over the same area of skin.
Follow-up
A second biopsy of the same region was taken and compared against baseline.
The Mendora Skin Repair Formula was taken daily across the full 90 days.
The Evidence · What the Tissue Showed

Arrows are illustrative. Read by an independent, board-certified dermatopathologist, blinded to the treatment, comparing the baseline and 90 day samples

What Changed
Under the Microscope.
Skin owes its bounce and firmness to two proteins in the dermis, the layer beneath the surface. Elastin is what lets skin spring back after it stretches, and with age it breaks apart, which is the fragmentation the pathologist described at baseline. Collagen is the scaffold that keeps skin firm and thick. In this case, the 90 day tissue showed elastin that was denser and continuous rather than broken, collagen that was thicker and more tightly packed, and a slightly thicker outer layer. In plain terms, the follow-up skin looked better organized under the microscope than it did at the start.
It helps to be clear about what did the work. The superficial peel and the two microneedling sessions are established procedures that prompt the skin to remodel its own collagen and elastin, and they account for much of the visible change. The Skin Repair Formula was taken daily throughout to support that repair from within. The result reflects the combination, not any single step.
These images come from a single person, and the procedures drove much of what changed, so this is not a controlled comparison of any one product and individual results vary. A controlled series, one that separates the nutrition from the procedures and reads many samples, is what would turn an interesting result like this into evidence. That work is underway.
