Shipping policy

Mendora Health offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, including all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories, subject to carrier availability. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping times average 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Mendora is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

If you believe your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mendorahealth.com so we may assist with an investigation and determine if a replacement is warranted.
