We stand behind every Mendora product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@mendorahealth.com and we will make it right.

Unopened Products

Sealed products in original packaging are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Email support@mendorahealth.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number to start a return.

Opened Products

For safety and regulatory reasons, opened or partially used supplements cannot be physically returned. If you are not satisfied with an opened product, we offer a one-time courtesy refund or store credit on your first bottle of each product. Resolutions for opened products are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@mendorahealth.com immediately and we will send a replacement at no cost.

You can cancel, pause, or skip any subscription anytime from your account or by emailing support@mendorahealth.com. No fees, no questions.
